The Private Equity Company with the name “CITY CODE PUBLICATIONS P.C.” (hereinafter referred to as CITY CODE PUBLICATIONS P.C. ), located in Athens, Greece, with GEMI number 147427001000, informs you that the processing of your personal data on its behalf is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation [Law 2472/1997, Law 2774/1999, decisions and instructions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Regulation “GDPR” (EU) 2016/679] and this Privacy Policy.

It is information relating to an identified or identifiable living individual, as well as different information that if collected all together can lead to the identification of a specific individual (data subject).

The data you provide us with is stored securely for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, after which it is destroyed. In any case, the criterion for determining this period is based on compliance with the time limits set by law and the principles of data minimisation, storage limitation and rational management of records.

10. Competent Supervisory Authority

Third party copyrighted content is a 5% – 10% compared to the other 90% which is our company’s original material. The contents of the site as we mention are the intellectual property of CITY CODE PUBLICATIONS P.C and it is prohibited to use any, part or all, whether it concerns texts, graphics, images, pictures, photos, videos, etc. by third parties for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Written permission from the publisher, copyright owner, CITY CODE Publications is mandatory otherwise we will take legal action.
In interviews and presentations of artists we have contacted, either the artists themselves or the agencies/galleries representing them are responsible for providing the photographic material. For this purpose we contact one of the aforementioned parties. They are obliged to provide us in writing with the appropriate credits of the photographers or creators. If they fail to do so, we cannot be held responsible for any lack of credits. For the individuals depicted in the photographs, the photographer must have obtained permission to use their image.
While we are willing to correct any missing credits, we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions made by those providing the material. In addition, we want to clarify that we take no responsibility for material published or created prior to September 2018, as ownership has changed since then.

Our editors focus mainly on the artistic work of the guest persons. Photographic or other material accompanying an artist’s interview or presentation is not used beyond the artist’s presentation. Unless the material is in the public domain or CCO.
